NabbitIt™ Professional Bookkeeping is designed for households with more financial moving parts, including retirement accounts, investment accounts, trusts, annuities, rental-related activity, personally owned LLC accounts, or a larger number of accounts across multiple financial institutions.

Your Nabbit is a real person who helps organize your household books, brings your financial accounts into one organized bookkeeping system, and gets everything ready for ongoing Professional bookkeeping.

Your one-time Professional setup includes:

• Initial onboarding consultation with your Nabbit
• Detailed review of your household accounts and financial structure
• Setup of your household books in QuickBooks Ledger
• Help securely connecting the accounts included in your bookkeeping service
• Organization and categorization of your household financial activity
• Setup and tracking structure for retirement accounts such as 401(k)s and IRAs
• Setup and tracking structure for brokerage and other investment accounts
• Organization of trusts and annuities included in your household financial picture
• Organization of rental-related cash flow, when applicable
• Tracking of money moving into and out of personally owned LLC accounts
• Review of your previous 30 days of transactions
• Your first “Where Did My Money Go?” 30-day summary
• Finalization of your ongoing Professional bookkeeping service

A note about LLCs

Professional Bookkeeping can include personally owned LLC accounts as part of your overall household financial picture.

For LLC accounts, your Nabbit tracks money moving into and out of the account so those transfers and cash flows are reflected in your personal books.

NabbitIt does not provide full business bookkeeping as part of this service. Professional Bookkeeping does not include payroll, tax preparation, sales tax filing, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, business financial statements, or other business accounting services.

Who is Professional Bookkeeping for?

Professional Bookkeeping is the better fit if you want NabbitIt to track any of the following:

• 401(k), IRA, or other retirement accounts
• Brokerage or stock trading accounts
• Trusts
• Annuities
• Rental-related financial activity
• Personally owned LLC accounts
• A larger number of checking, savings, or credit accounts
• Accounts spread across multiple financial institutions
• A household financial picture with significantly more moving pieces than a typical household

If your finances are primarily everyday checking, savings, credit cards, household income, and household spending, our regular Personal Bookkeeping service may be all you need.

Already working with a Nabbit?
Enter their Nabbit code when you sign up so you can continue working with the Nabbit who referred or introduced you.

What happens after setup?

Once your Professional setup is complete, your Nabbit will walk you through your first 30 days, review how your household finances have been organized, answer your questions, and help you decide whether you’d like to continue with ongoing Professional Bookkeeping.

Ongoing Professional Bookkeeping is $249/month. There is no obligation to continue after setup.

If you decide not to continue, you will still receive your completed “Where Did My Money Go?” 30-day summary. Your NabbitIt managed QuickBooks Ledger access will then be closed.

If you continue, QuickBooks Ledger remains part of your NabbitIt service and your Nabbit will continue keeping your household books organized, reconciled, and up to date month after month.

Professional setup fee: $249 one time
