If a client agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding an engagement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

Prices shown on the website are starting rates or general estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on the project scope and will be documented in the applicable proposal or client agreement.

Website rates and service availability may change. Changes to website pricing do not override an existing client agreement.

Deposits, recurring billing, expenses, cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the applicable client agreement. Submitting a contact form does not authorize a charge or enroll you in a recurring service.

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us and to submit only information you are authorized to share.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, confidential client records, or other sensitive information through the public contact form.

Any access to client systems, handling of confidential information, or use of client data will be addressed through the applicable engagement agreement and agreed communication methods.
