Return and Refund Policy

At NabbitIt™, we want you to feel confident in the service you receive. If something is not working, please contact us so we have the opportunity to make it right.

Recurring Personal Bookkeeping

You may cancel your recurring bookkeeping service at any time before your next billing date to prevent future charges.

If bookkeeping work has already begun for the current billing period, that month’s payment is generally non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with the Nabbit serving your account, let us know. We will work to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, match you with a different Nabbit at no additional charge.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied during your first 30 days of recurring service, contact us.

We may correct the issue, provide additional support, or match you with a different Nabbit. If we are unable to resolve the concern, we may provide a full or partial refund depending on the work already completed.

The guarantee applies to your service experience and does not guarantee a particular financial result or savings amount.

One-Time Services

For one-time services:

• Cancel within 48 hours of purchase: 100% refund

• Cancel after 48 hours but before the scheduled service date: 50% refund

• Cancel on or after the scheduled service date: No refund

If the service was purchased as a gift, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If NabbitIt™ cancels the service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund after we process it.

Training, Certification, and NabbitIt™ Community

NabbitIt™ introductory training is free.

If you choose to continue and become a Certified Nabbit, there is a one-time certification and community access fee.

This fee is non-refundable once access is granted or certification materials are provided.
