NabbitIt™ Personal Bookkeeping is designed for everyday household finances like checking accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, household income, bills, and everyday spending.

Your Nabbit is a real person who helps set up and organize your household books, reviews your financial activity, and gets everything ready for ongoing monthly bookkeeping.

Your one-time setup includes:

• Initial onboarding consultation with your Nabbit
• Review of your household checking, savings, and credit card accounts
• Setup of your household books in QuickBooks Ledger
• Help securely connecting the accounts included in your bookkeeping service
• Initial organization and categorization of your household financial activity
• Review of your previous 30 days of transactions
• Your first “Where Did My Money Go?” 30-day summary
• Review and finalization of your ongoing Personal Bookkeeping service

Personal Bookkeeping is designed for:

• Checking accounts
• Savings accounts
• Credit cards
• Household income
• Bills and recurring expenses
• Everyday household spending

Retirement accounts, brokerage or investment accounts, trusts, annuities, rental-related activity, and personally owned LLC accounts are not included in Personal Bookkeeping. If you want those accounts included in your overall financial picture, Professional Bookkeeping may be a better fit.

What continued Personal Bookkeeping includes

If you choose to continue after setup, your Nabbit will:

• Keep your household books organized and up to date month after month
• Review and categorize ongoing household transactions
• Reconcile your checking, savings, and credit card accounts
• Identify transactions that need clarification or correction
• Keep recurring expenses and household spending organized
• Provide a monthly “Where Did My Money Go?” summary
• Provide a year-end financial summary you can share with your tax preparer, accountant, CPA, or financial advisor
• Maintain your NabbitIt-managed QuickBooks Ledger account as part of your service

Ongoing Personal Bookkeeping is $149/month.

Already working with a Nabbit?

Enter their Nabbit code when you sign up so you can continue working with the Nabbit who referred or introduced you.

What happens after setup?

Once your setup is complete, your Nabbit will walk you through your first 30 days, answer your questions, and review your ongoing service with you.

There is no obligation to continue after setup.

If you decide not to continue, you will still receive your completed “Where Did My Money Go?” 30-day summary. Your NabbitIt™ managed QuickBooks Ledger access will then be closed.

If you continue, your QuickBooks Ledger account remains part of your NabbitIt™ service and your Nabbit keeps your household books organized, reconciled, and up to date month after month.

Setup fee: $149 one time
