1. Purchase your Basic Website.

After your purchase, NabbitIt will email you a next-steps guide. The email will explain what happens next, what information to gather, what purchases may be required, and how to prepare for your kickoff meeting.

The email will also include available kickoff meeting times and instructions for checking whether your preferred domain name is available.

2. Prepare for your kickoff meeting.

Please bring or prepare:

• Your business name and contact information
• Your logo, if you have one
• Your preferred colors and style
• A description of your services
• Business photographs or image preferences
• Social-media links
• Examples of websites you like
• Your questions and ideas
• Information for any domain you already own
• Access to an existing website or platform, if applicable

3. Attend your kickoff meeting.

Your kickoff meeting will last less than one hour. We will discuss your business, customers, goals, design preferences, content, domain, and required website features.

NabbitIt will recommend whether Shopify or Squarespace is the better platform for your business and explain the expected platform and domain costs before setup begins.

4. Provide the required materials and access.

Once NabbitIt has received all required information, content, images, approvals, purchases, and account access, the 5–10 business-day completion period begins.

5. Review your website.

When the initial website is ready, NabbitIt will schedule a handover meeting of up to one hour. We will walk through the website together, explain how it works, and answer your questions.

You may provide one consolidated set of feedback during or immediately after the meeting. One revision round is included.

6. Receive your completed website.

After the included revisions are completed, your website will be finalized and handed over to you with ownership and account access.

The $299 Basic Website price covers NabbitIt’s website-design and setup services. Your domain and website-platform subscription are purchased separately and paid directly by you.

Domain name: Most standard domain names cost approximately $15–$30 per year. Short, highly desirable, or premium domain names may cost significantly more.

NabbitIt will show you how to check whether your preferred domain is available and where to purchase it. Your domain will be registered in your name so you retain ownership and control.

Squarespace: The Basic plan currently starts at approximately $19 per month when paid annually. Month-to-month pricing is typically higher. Eligible annual plans may include the first year of a standard domain registration.

Shopify: The Basic plan currently starts at approximately $29 per month when paid annually. Shopify may also offer introductory promotions for new accounts.

Optional premium themes, paid applications, professional email, ecommerce tools, and third-party services may create additional charges. NabbitIt will discuss any recommended paid feature with you before it is added.

Platform, domain, application, and payment-processing prices are established by their providers and may change. Current pricing will be confirmed during your kickoff meeting.

NabbitIt builds websites using Shopify and Squarespace. We will recommend the platform that best fits your business before your website is created.

Squarespace is generally recommended for straightforward service and informational websites.

Shopify is generally recommended for businesses that need online shopping, product management, subscriptions, or advanced ecommerce features.

If you already have a Shopify or Squarespace website, NabbitIt can generally continue working within your existing platform.

Your account will be established in your name. You will pay the platform directly and retain ownership and control of your website.

If you already own a domain, bring the domain information and account access to your kickoff meeting.

Connecting one standard domain to your new website is included in the Basic Website package.

Complicated domain transfers, business-email migration, account recovery, or advanced DNS troubleshooting may require an additional charge. Any additional cost will be discussed with you before work begins.

Yes. Ecommerce is available as an add-on for businesses that want to sell products, services, subscriptions, or gift cards online.

Ecommerce setup can include:

• Online store configuration
• Up to five initial product or service listings
• Payment-processing setup
• Basic shipping, pickup, or delivery settings
• Checkout testing

Ecommerce add-on: starting at $99. Final pricing depends on the number of products and features required.

Yes. The Basic Website includes one revision round.

• Additional revision round: $50 per hour of work
• Additional standard page: $75
• Custom features: quoted before work begins

A revision round may include multiple related changes submitted together. Completely changing the approved design or rebuilding completed pages may require a separate quote.

Most Basic Websites are completed within 5–10 business days after NabbitIt receives all required content, images, approvals, purchases, and account access.

Need your website sooner? Rush service is available for an additional $50. Rush websites are completed within 3–5 business days after all required materials and access have been received.

Rush service is subject to availability and applies to the Basic Website package. Ecommerce, additional pages, delayed materials, or custom features may require additional time.

Your package includes a handover and training meeting of up to one hour. NabbitIt will walk you through your website, show you how it works, and answer your questions.

After the included revision round is completed, your website will be finalized and handed over to you with account ownership and access.

Additional training and support are available:

• Additional training or website support: $99 per hour
• Three-hour prepaid support block: $199
• Support blocks are valid for 90 days after purchase

Additional pages, revisions, ecommerce features, and ongoing maintenance may also be purchased separately.
