    Start with the service that fits where you are now, whether that’s Personal Bookkeeping, Professional Bookkeeping, Shared Finances, or New Home Setup.

  • 2. Meet Your Nabbit

    Your Nabbit is QuickBooks certified and completes NabbitIt™ personal bookkeeping training. Together, you’ll review your household finances, connect the appropriate accounts, and get everything organized.

  • 3. Decide What Comes Next

    Some NabbitIt™ services are one-time setups. Others can continue into ongoing monthly bookkeeping.

    • If you choose Personal or Professional Bookkeeping, your Nabbit will complete your initial setup and you can decide whether you’d like ongoing monthly service. Cancel at anytime.
    • If you choose Shared Finances or New Home Setup, your service is complete once your setup and final summary are delivered. You can always add ongoing Personal Bookkeeping later.

The NabbitIt™ Trust Standard

  • Your Information Is Kept Confidential

    Nabbits only access the information necessary to provide your bookkeeping service. Your financial information is confidential and is never shared outside the work required to serve you.

  • Access Is Limited & Secure

    During setup, you connect your financial accounts directly to QuickBooks. Your Nabbit should never collect, or store your bank usernames or passwords.

    Your Nabbit only works with the information you authorize through the connected bookkeeping system.
    Your Nabbit should never ask for your bank username or password.

  • Professional Standards Matter

    Your Nabbit is expected to communicate respectfully, meet NabbitIt™ service standards, protect your information, and stay within the scope of bookkeeping. Nabbits do not provide tax, legal, investment, lending, or financial planning advice.

Your Nabbit Is Trained to Manage Your Books

Every Nabbit completes:

  • QuickBooks Certification by Intuit
  • NabbitIt™ Personal Bookkeeping Training
  • Training on household bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, privacy, and client communication
  • NabbitIt™ standards and assessments before working independently with clients

You get a real person helping with your finances, backed by NabbitIt™ training, systems, and service standards.
