    Your Nabbit is QuickBooks certified and completes NabbitIt™ personal bookkeeping training. Together, you’ll review your household finances, connect the appropriate accounts, and get everything organized.

  • 3. Decide What Comes Next

    Before your onboarding meeting ends, you’ll decide whether you want your Nabbit to continue handling your books each month.

    If you continue, your monthly service begins. If you don’t, that’s okay. You’ll still receive your first “Where Did My Money Go?” 30-day summary after your setup is completed.

    Nabbits only access the information necessary to provide your bookkeeping service. Your financial information is confidential and is never shared outside the work required to serve you.

  • Access Is Limited & Secure

    During setup, you connect your financial accounts directly to QuickBooks. Your Nabbit should never ask for, collect, or store your bank usernames or passwords.

    Your Nabbit only works with the information you authorize through the connected bookkeeping system.
    Your Nabbit should never ask for your bank username or password.

  • Professional Standards Matter

    Your Nabbit is expected to communicate respectfully, meet service standards, protect your information, and stay within the scope of bookkeeping. Nabbits do not provide tax, legal, investment, lending, or financial-planning advice.

  • Training on household bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, privacy, and client communication
